Councillor Paul Pellerin

Paul is serving his third term as Councillor for Ward 4, after being re-elected in May 2016. 

An active community member, Paul has served on a number boards and committees, specifically in support of youth education. He is a former president, treasurer and board member of the PSSC of École Saint-Henri, and has served as a board member with the Home & School of École Mascaret and the PSSC of École l’Odyssée. 

During his terms on Council, Paul has chaired a number of committees, including the Operations Committee, the Environment Committee and the Snow Removal Committee.  He has also contributed as a member of the Finance Committee, Downtown Security Roundtable, Prosperity and Economic Development Committee and the Public Safety Action Committee. 

Paul’s community advocacy includes volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Dragon Boat Festival. He is also a board member at St. Pat’s Family Centre and a past member of the 8th Canadian Hussars.  

Paul works for ITW (Illinois Tool Works Inc.) where he specializes in Technical Sales Consultation. He has a background in structural engineering and recently completed a mini-Masters certificate in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. 

Paul and his wife Charline Cormier-Pellerin, are the proud parents of their four children: Catherine, Stephanie, Elizabeth and Alexandre. When he is not serving the residents of Ward 4, he enjoys spending time with family, learning about war history and volunteering as a soccer coach.
