Boil Order Advisory Lifted

April 30, 2016

MONCTON – Please note that the precautionary boil order that was in place in the Elmwood Drive area, north of Caledonia Road to the city limits, is now lifted. Two consecutive water tests have come back negative and reveal no contamination of the water supply. The provincial Department of Health has authorized the City of Moncton to lift the boil order advisory.  As such, effective immediately, city water is safe to ingest without boiling.

The City of Moncton thanks residents for their patience during this situation and apologizes for the inconvenience. However, the health and safety of our citizens is our number one concern.
