December 16, 2015

MONCTON – The City of Moncton has launched a new “online services” feature on the moncton.ca website making it easier for residents to report a problem, or request a service provided by the City.

“This new tool will help residents interact with the City in a more convenient way,” says Ryan Sorrey, Acting Director and Chief Information Officer with the City of Moncton. “Technology is ever changing and it is essential for us to offer new technology to our residents in order for them to engage the City in an efficient manner.”

Some of the services that can be requested online include:

  • Water and sewer bill payments
  • Tree planting/removal
  • Road and sidewalk repairs
  • Missed waste collection
  • Playground maintenance
  • Report dead animals
  • Report damage caused by plow
  • And much more!

You can also track your service request in order to follow up with the City by using a unique tracking number provided once a request is submitted. Go to moncton.ca/onlineservices to use this new service.
