Public Consultations for park renovations to three City parks

October 17, 2014

MONCTON – The City of Moncton invites all residents to two public consultation meetings to gather ideas for upgrades and renovations to Brentwood, Bessborough and Pauline Frizzell Parks (Uplands School).

  • The meeting for Brentwood and Bessborough Parks will be held Tuesday, October 21 from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Bessborough School Library (93 Bessborough Avenue).
  • The meeting for Pauline Frizzell Park (Uplands School) will be held Wednesday, October 22 from 7 – 8 p.m. at Uplands Baptist Church (398 Salisbury Road).

This is your chance to share your thoughts with City staff on the proposed upgrades to these parks.  The goal is to get a sense of how the park space could be used, which may include play equipment, a trail, seating, etc. There will be a brief presentation followed by an opportunity to share feedback one on one with staff.

These public consultations are part of the implementation of the City of Moncton’s Recreation Master Plan.
