Public Works Springtime Activities

MONCTON – The City of Moncton wishes to inform its citizens that several spring time operations are underway. Patching of the main streets has begun and motorists are advised to watch for construction crews. Patching will typically occur throughout the summer and part of the fall.

Activities such as sidewalk sweeping, street sweeping, litter pick up, lawn damage repairs, line painting and street patching  are part of the spring time work load. We suggest residents sweep debris from their sidewalks onto the street so that street sweepers can properly remove it. As well, we ask motorists to slow down when workers are encountered on the streets carrying out springtime activities.

The City appreciates the cooperation of its residents and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
