Road Closures – Moncton’s Canada 150 Celebrations on July 1

MONCTON - The City of Moncton wishes to advise the motoring public of delays or detours in the following areas during Moncton’s Canada 150 Celebrations happening on Saturday, July 1st, 2017.

Assomption Boulevard from Westmorland Street to Mechanic Street, including the westbound lane of Assomption Boulevard from Mechanic Street to Main Street, will be closed from 6 p.m. on Friday, June 30th until Saturday at 11: 59 p.m. on, July 1st, 2017, leaving the intersections at Assomption/Westmorland and Assomption/Mechanic open to traffic. Downing Street will be closed on Friday, June 30th from 7 a.m. to Sunday, July 2 until noon.

The City of Moncton apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause; and invites residents and guests to take in this, and many other events being offered this summer.
