Notice to Vendors

Several new security measures will take effect on Monday, November 7, 2011 in order to enhance the safety and security of all who use Moncton City Hall.

Visitors to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors will be required to check-in with the commissionaire, whose kiosk will be permanently located in the lobby near the elevators. A photo ID will be required.

In light of these new security measures, Vendors who intend to submit their Tender / Quotation / RFP response in person to the Purchasing Department (located on the 4th floor) or the City Clerk’s Office (located on the 5th floor), should take all measures necessary to ensure they provide those responsible for delivering the bid document with a sufficient amount of time to complete the security check-in process, as bids must be received by designated Purchasing Department / City Clerk’s Office staff no later than the Closing Date and Time indicated in the Tender / Quotation / RFP document.  

 

 

The City of Moncton encourages Vendors to register (free of charge) with the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, to obtain additional information with respect to City of Moncton tendering opportunities.
