Environment Week

From June 5 to 11 the City of Moncton is proud to celebrate Canadian Environment Week and is encouraging all citizens to participate. There are many ways to take action on protecting our natural environment; every effort counts!

#EnviroMoncton on Facebook and Twitter

Show us how you reduce, reuse, recycle or take actions to preserve the planet! Post a picture of your ‘green deed’ with the hashtag #EnviroMoncton for a chance to win a prize.

New Brunswick Parks and Trails Day

A healthy, active lifestyle is important and Moncton has many incredible outdoor spaces to enjoy.  So come find staff from the Parks and Leisure Services Department on the Riverfront Trail on June 5 from 1 to 4 pm.

Green Commute Challenge

Bike, walk, car pool or take the bus to work from June 6 – 10. Take the challenge and register your ‘green commute’ on moncton.ca for a chance to win a prize (only need to register once).

From June 6 to 10, Codiac Transpo will be offering free services! Let’s move – in an environmentally friendly way!
