Sunny Brae Neighbourhood Plan

A neighbourhood planning process has recently been undertaken in the Sunny Brae community, resulting in the completion of a Proposed Sunny Brae Plan.  Implementing the Proposed Sunny Brae Plan requires amendments to the Moncton Municipal Development Plan and the Moncton Zoning By-law. 

The proposed amending by-laws (#z-102.40 and #z-202.107) may be viewed by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Greater Moncton Planning District Commission Office, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB

Council will receive and consider any written comments or objections until the end of the business day (4:30 p.m.) on Friday, June 4, 2010.  Comments or objections shall be addressed to the City Clerk, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB, E1C 1E8.

A meeting to consider written objections to the proposed changes will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010 at 4 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall (655 Main Street). Any person who wishes to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard.
