Street closure for the NYE Family Fun Fest 2023-12-27

 

Location: Main Street between Cameron Street and Bonaccord Street and Canada Street from the back of the Avenir Centre to Main Street

Date: Dec. 31, 2023, to Jan. 1, 2024

Time: 7 a.m. on Dec. 31 to 2 a.m. on Jan. 1

Details: The closure is to accommodate the NYE Family Fun Fest festivities downtown. 

Traffic impact: The above-named streets will be closed to traffic during this time. The Hyatt Hotel and Carrabba’s can be accessed by Canada Street via Vaughan Harvey.    

 

Noise by-law exemption: A noise by-law exemption has been granted to allow for the NYE Family Fun Fest festivities on Sunday, Dec. 31 and Monday, Jan. 1.
