The City of Moncton is thrilled to announce the headliners for this year's Whoa Canada! celebrations, presented by J.D. Irving, Limited, will be none other than the iconic rock band Big Wreck and New Brunswick’s very own Caroline Savoie.

Big Wreck is a powerhouse Canadian-American rock band known for their electrifying performances and emotionally charged music. With hit songs like The Albatross and That Song, they've garnered a legion of fans across the country and beyond. The Juno-nominated band promises to deliver an electrifying concert experience filled with captivating rock anthems, dynamic guitar solos, and infectious energy.

Caroline Savoie, a talented singer-songwriter from New Brunswick, is known for her captivating voice and heartfelt songs. Her journey began on "The Voice" in France, but her path has taken her far beyond. From receiving the Édith Butler Award and earning accolades at the Gala des prix Trille Or, to the release of three acclaimed albums – Caroline Savoie, Pourchasser l'aube, and Bruits blancs – Caroline has carved her place within the pop and indie-rock space.

"We're absolutely thrilled to have Big Wreck and Caroline Savoie headlining our Whoa Canada! celebrations this year," says Mayor Dawn Arnold. "Both acts bring incredible talent and diverse musical styles to the stage, promising an exceptional show that caters to all tastes."

The Whoa Canada! festivities will take place on July 1 at Riverfront Park in downtown Moncton. In addition to the music, there will be food vendors, family activities, and a tri-community fireworks display to cap off the evening. The full schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
