In celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day, you are invited to attend the raising of the Mi’kmaq flag at the Moncton City Hall Plaza at 10 :30 a.m. A ceremony led by Elder Peter Jadis from the Elsipogtog First Nation will precede the raising of the flag which will then fly permanently.
