Parking Tickets

The City of Moncton oversees parking and ticket payments.

The City of Moncton manages all by-laws relating to the regulation of traffic, parking and the use of streets. You can pay your parking tickets online or, in case of error, you may request a ticket review.

Request a Parking Ticket Review

You may request a ticket review if you feel the ticket was issued in error (i.e. you paid for parking, you have a parking pass, etc.). If you wish to dispute a ticket for any other reason, you must do so through the court system – you will receive a summons in the mail with your court date.

To request a ticket review for a ticket issue in error, complete the online ticket review form or contact By-Law Enforcement Services within 10 days of the ticket being issued.
