Lane reduction on Main Street

 

Location: Along the Hall’s Creek Bridge, between Wheeler Boulevard and Chateau Moncton

Date: From Friday, June 13 to approximately Thursday, July 31.

Work details: The New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (NBDTI), in partnership with the City of Moncton, will be performing repairs to the Hall’s Creek Bridge.

Traffic impact: Lanes will be reduced in either direction. Signage and flaggers will be in place to control traffic, however delays are to be expected and motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.

Please be patient and considerate when travelling through construction sites. Reduce your speeds, stay alert, and practice the zipper merge when applicable. The City also encourages motorists to consider active transportation means if possible. The Riverfront trail is an alternative for those who wish to commute by foot or by bike.
