Moncton Announces Full PolarFest Program Moncton has put the final touches on an exciting program and is set to welcome residents and visitors to Centennial Park from Feb. 17 to 19 for PolarFest, presented by UNI Financial Cooperation. The winter festival will feature live performances by Maude Sonier and André Saulnier in the Happy Craft Brewing Beer Garden, free horse-drawn wagon rides, a glow skate party, complimentary snowshoe rentals, and much more!Adding an early start to the festivities, a skate party with Isak the DJ is scheduled for Feb. 16 at the Ian Fowler Oval.
