The City of Moncton will host a Canadian Forces Snowbirds aerobatic performance at Bore Park on June 28. The demonstration will take place along the city’s waterfront and will be open to the public.

The Snowbirds are marking their 55th anniversary season in 2026, showcasing the precision and coordination of Canadian Armed Forces personnel.

“We’re incredibly excited to be in Moncton on June 28 during the Snowbirds’ 55th anniversary season,’’ says Major Maciej Hatta, Snowbird 1, Team Lead. ‘’Each performance is meant to inspire young Canadians by showcasing the skill, professionalism, and teamwork of the Canadian Armed Forces. We hope to spark curiosity, pride, and a sense of possibility in the next generation while sharing a memorable experience with the entire community.”

Deputy Mayor Thériault notes the significance of hosting this event in Moncton.

“Welcoming the Snowbirds to Moncton is a tremendous opportunity for our community. We’re pleased to host this nationally recognized demonstration team and to offer residents and visitors the chance to experience the show along our waterfront.”

Additional events details will be provided at a later date.
