Street Closures for the River of Pride Parade

Location: Main, Foundry, Albert, and Downing Streets

Date: Saturday, Aug. 8

Time: 10 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m.

Traffic impact:

• Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.
  • Full closure of Foundry Street from Albert Street to Main Street
  • Closure of the eastbound lane of Albert Street from Foundry Street to Assomption Boulevard
    • Note: Local access will be provided to local businesses via Assomption Boulevard
• Saturday, Aug. 8, from 12:30 p.m. to approximately 3 p.m.
  • Full closure of Main Street from Bonaccord Street to Lewis Street
  • Full closure of Downing Street
• Saturday, Aug. 8, from approximately 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Traffic will be held on Assomption Boulevard to allow for the parade to cross.

There will be noise up to 11:30 p.m. as a part of the event.
