Street closures for the Sunny Brae Legion Remembrance Day procession

 

Location: Broadway Street, Massey Avenue, Peter Street 

Date: Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 

Time:  From approximately 10:45 a.m. to 11 a.m. and approximately 12 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Closure details: This closure is required to accommodate the Sunny Brae Legion Remembrance Day procession. 

Traffic impact: At approximately 10:45 a.m., traffic will be held to allow the procession to make its way from the Sunny Brae Legion, 164 Broadway St., to the Remembrance Day ceremony. The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. at the Sunny Brae Park, located at 85 Massey Ave.

At approximately 12 p.m., following the conclusion of the ceremony, traffic will be held to allow the procession to return to the Sunny Brae Legion. 
Each procession is expected to last approximately 15 minutes. Streets will be reopened as the procession passes.
