Snow Sculpture Challenge

Three prize packs will be awarded via a random draw. Each includes: 

• Four Treego passes
• A Resurgo Place family pass
• $25 gift certificate from Sport Chek
• City of Moncton apparel

Prize packs each have an approximate value of $150. 

Rules and Regulations

• Contest runs March 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. until March 12, 2023 at 11 p.m. Winners will be announced on March 13, 2023. 
• Three winners will be chosen by random draw. 
• Vouchers from third party providers expire in accordance with the timelines provided by those suppliers. 
• Contest Administrators will attempt to make contact three times over the course of two days from draw date using the contact methodologies provided in the application. If the “winner” does not respond to claim their prize, we will select another winner and follow the same process for prize claiming. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Administrators, their affiliates, directors, officers, and employees of any obligation toward the winner. ·
• All prizes will need to be claimed at Moncton City Hall (address: 655 Main St, Moncton, NB E1C 1E8) before March 17, 2023. 
• Only one prize will be awarded per winner. No cash equivalents or substitutions for prizing. 
• No purchase is necessary. 
• To participate, submission forms must be submitted online at this link: https://www.moncton.ca/snow-sculpture-challenge 
• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in their online submission form. Addresses, emails, and phone numbers provided will not be made public, however the photo of your submission will be used on social media. If you win, your name will also be published in a post on the City of Moncton Facebook page. By submitting your online form, you are giving the City of Moncton permission to use your name and any photos submitted on its social media channels. 
• Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the administration of the contest. All personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used the Contest Administrators and their affiliates for the stated purposes. 
• Each entrant may submit only once. Odds of winning cannot be calculated as there is no restriction on the total number of entrants.
• Contest is open to Moncton residents only, who have reached the age of majority in the province of New Brunswick at the time of entering the Contest. 
• Employees of the Contest Administrators, and their affiliates, as well as their immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter. 
• To be declared a winner, the Content Provider must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question. 
• The Contest Administrators, their affiliates as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls, or any other mistake. 
• This Contest is administered by the City of Moncton. 
• These rules and regulations are binding on all Contest participants. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.
