Félix LeBlanc

Félix LeBlanc is serving his first term on Moncton City Council. He was elected in 2026.

LeBlanc brings over 20 years of professional experience as a financial advisor. He began his career with Assumption Life and expanded his work across multiple organizations over time. He now operates as a self-employed professional. In addition to working in financial services, LeBlanc has owned and operated home improvement businesses. 

His volunteer endeavours have focused on supporting Acadian causes and participating in local initiatives, including race committees and community event organizations.

LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Université de Moncton, with a major in psychology and a minor in management sciences. He has a strong interest in sports, culture, and recreation, and values community engagement. He believes Moncton can continue to grow as a strong, connected, and vibrant city.
