City of Moncton implements new Contractor Management Policy

The City of Moncton has adopted a new Contractor Management Policy to govern the requirements of all third-party contractors providing products or services to the City of Moncton. 

The policy will:

  • Provide a phased approach in the contracting process to help ensure the quality and consistency of the products and services received.
  • Establish the City’s minimum Insurance Liability and WorkSafe requirements for Contractors.
  • Outline the City and the Contractor’s roles and responsibilities in the delivery of products and services to the City.
  • Enhance the City and the Contractor’s accountability for worksite health and safety policies, practices, and measures.
