Book a Private Event 

The City of Moncton and its partners offer indoor facility rentals for private events.

The City also enables reservation of areas in public parks and plazas (known as Outdoor Event Zones) for private events, with certain restrictions.

For non-profit community events destined for the public and held in a municipal event zone, please visit the Community Event Application Form.

Requirements

To determine whether your event meets the requirements to apply for an Outdoor Event Zone booking, please answer the following:

I need my reservation to be guaranteed (not subject to cancellation, except in situations outside of the City’s control, such as an accident, natural disaster or extreme weather event). 

For confirmed reservations, select an indoor venue for your event by visiting the Book a Facility page.

For bookings in Outdoor Event Zones, the City reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time to accommodate free, public events that could be scheduled for the same time.
