Request Attendance or Greetings
You can request that the Mayor and Council are asked to attend your community event or gathering.

The Mayor and City Councillors are often asked to attend many community events and activities throughout the year. Groups and organizations wanting to invite the Mayor and/or City Councillors to bring greetings on behalf of the City, can do so by filling out the Appearance Request Form. Please note that the Mayor and City Councillors receive many requests and they do their best to attend as many community events as possible. Individuals celebrating special events, like milestone birthdays or wedding anniversaries, can also request an official letter from the Mayor.
