Please note the following changes to regular schedules at City of Moncton facilities over the holidays.

New Traffic Signal in Operation on Mountain Road

Location: Intersection of Mountain Road and Worthington Avenue, between New Brunswick Community College and Northwest Plaza. 
 

Date: Effective Wednesday, Dec. 17 
 

Parking gates to be removed at Moncton Place parking lot and the Alma Street parking garage

Locations:

  • Moncton Place parking lot, behind City Hall at 655 Main Street
  • Alma Street parking garage, 28 Alma Street

Date: Effective Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025

Details: Existing parking gates will be removed and signage installed as HotSpot service expands to the parking lot and garage. Users will now need to scan the QR code displayed on the sign or enter the zone listed on the sign into their HotSpot app to pay for parking.
