Appeal Committee on Dangerous or Unsightly Premises and Property

Hears and determines appeals filed by any person to who the City of Moncton has issued a Notice to Comply, under the Local Governance Act and By-Law Z-819, relating to Dangerous or Unsightly Premises and Property.

Members

Members of the Committee must be members in good standing of the Law Society of New Brunswick, have actively practised law for at least five years, and be currently practising law within City boundaries.
