Everything gets better when you get active!
The ParticipACTION Community Better Challenge is an annual event that gets Canadians across the country moving together. As part of this initiative, a circuit has been set up at Mapleton Park and will stay up all summer long. There are 3 workout options for you to enjoy, and you get to decide whether to walk or jog to complete these. The whole circuit takes approximately an hour to complete, depending on speed and endurance level of participants.
